No spreadsheets, no paper binders, no records spread across tools.
Everything is searchable and shared across desktop and phone.
Maintenance records that hold up in an inspection.
Equipment, job plans, spare parts and work orders in one controlled system. Electronic approvals replace paper sign-offs, every change leaves an audit trail, and your technicians see exactly what is due this week.
Built for pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device and ISO sites.

One system for the whole maintenance record.
Equipment, job plans, spare parts, work orders and quality events live in one record, with one audit trail.
Easy job plan creation
Go from a new asset to a complete job plan in minutes. Tasks, frequencies and instructions are set up for you to review, edit and approve, and every revision keeps the prior approved version.
Parts list with QR labels
One list per equipment, approved with a single signature. Print a QR label for every part and scan it with the phone camera to record usage on the work order. Replacing a part triggers a like-for-like assessment, linked to a deviation, CAPA or change control when one applies.
Scheduled, non-scheduled and unplanned
Set an activation date and the due date follows from the frequency. The next work order is created when the current one is approved.
My work this week
Each technician sees the equipment due from Monday to Sunday in due-date order, with only the tasks of that frequency. When they sign, the work goes to the supervisor.
Deviations, CAPA and change control
Open a deviation from a work order, reference it on any change, and require supervisor and QA signatures before a record is deactivated.
Roles that match your site
Technician, Supervisor, Quality and Admin roles, with the system owner role kept separate. Accounts are deactivated, never deleted, so history stays intact.
Six steps, each one signed.
- STEP 1
Register the equipment
Asset number, engineering ID, model and serial number. Save as a draft until it is ready.
- STEP 2
Build and sign the job plan
Create the tasks, edit them, and approve as prepared by.
- STEP 3
Approve the asset package
One signature approves the asset, its job plan and its spare parts together.
- STEP 4
Dispatch the work order
Choose the activation date and the technician. They are notified with the tasks to perform.
- STEP 5
Execute and sign
The technician checks off tasks, scans the part QR labels to record parts used, and signs with their password.
- STEP 6
Supervisor approves
Final approval closes the record and schedules the next occurrence.
Designed around 21 CFR Part 11.
Electronic records and approvals are the core of the system. They are not an add-on.
| Requirement | How the system handles it |
|---|---|
| 11.10(e) Audit trail | Every create, edit, signature and status change is recorded with user, date and time. Entries cannot be edited or removed. |
| 11.10(d) Access control | Role-based permissions decide who can set up, execute, approve and administer. |
| 11.50 Signature manifestation | Each signature shows the signer's name, the date and time, and what it means: prepared by, executed by or approved by. |
| 11.70 Signature linking | Signatures are stored with the record they approve, and a revised record starts a new revision with a new signature. |
| 11.200 Signature components | The signer re-enters their own password for every signature, so a logged-in session alone cannot sign. |
